1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of Koffee lab, MB (the “Seller”) and the person purchasing goods in the online store (the “Buyer”).
1.2. By using this online store and placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Shipping and Returns Policy.
1.3. The online store sells coffee beans and related products shipped from Lithuania to Buyers in [Lithuania / EU countries].
1.4. The Seller reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions by publishing an updated version in the online store. Changes apply to orders placed after publication.

3. Use of the online store

3.1. The Buyer may use the online store and purchase goods only if they are at least 18 years of age.
3.2. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring all order information is accurate.
3.3. The Buyer must not misuse the online store.

4. Prices and payment

4.1. Prices are in EUR, include VAT, and are valid at checkout.
4.2. Orders are processed after full payment via available methods (bank card, online banking).

5. Purchase–sale contract

5.1. The contract is concluded upon order confirmation email.
5.2. The Seller may refuse orders due to unavailability or errors.

6. Shipping and delivery

6.1. Shipping details (methods, prices, times) are shown at checkout. Shipments originate from Lithuania.
6.2. Risk passes to Buyer upon delivery.

7. Quality of goods

7.1. Goods match descriptions; coffee freshness is indicated on packaging.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

8.1. Consumers have 14 days to withdraw, subject to exceptions. See Shipping and Returns Policy.

9. Personal data

10. Liability

10.1. Seller not liable for Buyer errors or force majeure.
