Shipping and Returns

1. Shipping

1.1. Shipments from Lithuania; methods, prices, times shown at checkout (e.g., courier services).
1.2. Delivery: 1–3 days Lithuania, 3–7 days EU (estimates; varies by method).

2. Processing

2.1. Orders processed within 1–2 working days post-payment.

3. Delivery acceptance

3.1. Inspect package on receipt; note damage immediately.

4. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

4.1. 14 days from delivery, without reason, but exceptions apply:

• No withdrawal for opened/unsealed food (coffee beans – perishable/hygiene).
• Unopened, unused goods only.
  4.2. Notify by email within 14 days; return at your cost within 14 days.

5. Return conditions

5.1. Goods must be unused, original packaging, resalable.
5.2. You pay return shipping (unless our error).

6. Refunds

6.1. Full refund (incl. original shipping if law requires) within 14 days of receipt/inspection. Same payment method.

7. Defects/wrong items

7.1. We pay return/refund/replace. Provide photos ASAP.
