About Us
Luis and Kristina are a team that are passionate about coffee. Our love for coffee is not only the beverage itself, but the whole process that goes behind scenes to make a good cup of coffee.
Our specialty coffee journey started when my partner and I were living and working in Barcelona. Luis had the opportunity to be working as a barista in a hotel and that is how our journey began. He was clueless about the specialty coffee industry, therefore, during our free time we spent a lot of time educating ourselves about it. Reading, watching documentaries, visiting coffeeshops, buying different types of coffee and tasting, tasting, tasting :).
After moths of working and educating ourselves we came to the conclusion that coffee can be full of different flavours and aromas. Before we used to think that coffee could only be bitter and strong flavour. The stronger it was the better the coffee, we used to think. We were mistaken because we did not have the knowledge of what specialty coffee was.
